Black Forest Labs, a Freiburg‑based AI start‑up, closed a $300 million financing round. The round values the company at roughly $4 billion, making it Germany’s most valuable AI firm. Funding is led by Salesforce Ventures and AMP, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst and other top investors.
