STACKIT

STACKIT is the public cloud brand of Schwarz Digits, backed by the Schwarz group, the largest retail company in Europe, based in Germany.

STACKIT has very high momentum, with new services being added at a high pace. The service portfolio and partnerships, e.g. with ServiceNow and Salesforce for Tableau, make STACKIT an attractive choice for enterprises in the DACH region.

IONOS

IONOS is a German hosting and domain provider that is offering more and more cloud computing products.

The company was formerly known as 1&1 Internet. It was rebranded to reflect the development from a pure hosting provider to a service provider with a broad portfolio.

The public cloud service encompasses the typical building blocks around VPCs, managed database, managed Kubernetes, etc.

Scaleway

Scaleway is cloud provider with a good set of higher-level services, such as managed AI and serverless services services, e.g. a serverless container service and a serverless database.

With a history going back to 1999, Scaleway has a proven track record and has one of the most advanced cloud service portfolios in the European landscape.

ELASTX

ELASTX is a Swedish cloud provider operating three data centers located within the Stockholm metropolitan area.

Their service portfolio includes core Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings such as compute, storage, database, and networking solutions. In addition, ELASTX provides a managed Kubernetes service to support containerized applications.

What sets ELASTX apart is their commitment to delivering tailored, bespoke solutions in close collaboration with their clients.

Nine

Nine is an application platform by Nine Internet Solutions in Switzerland. While Nine Internet Solutions offers classic colocation and managed hosting solutions, the distinctive product is the Deploio application engine.

Nine is currently brought to the world from two data centers in the Zürich region in Switzerland.

Scalingo

Scalingo is a European cloud provider offering both Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) solutions.

Founded in France, the company delivers a fully managed platform that enables organizations to deploy, operate, and scale applications and data without managing underlying infrastructure.

Hikube

Hikube is the Kubernetes-native private cloud platform built and operated by Hidora SA, a Geneva-based hosting provider.

Hikube’s whole infrastructure compute, storage and network is hosted exclusively in Switzerland, across three physically separate data centres in Geneva, the canton of Vaud (Gland) and Lucerne, with data synchronously replicated between all three sites. All sites are powered by renewable (hydro) power.
