There is a growing landscape of European cloud providers. All of them are offering basic IaaS services, such as VMs and managed databases. Differences are in the PaaS offering, in AI and in serverless services.

    Open Telekom Cloud is operated by Deutsche Telekom AG.

    Open Telekom Cloud offers a range of IaaS cloud services. Furthermore, they are offering higher-level services including managed Kubernetes, big data services, managed AI and serverless functions.

    Deutsche Telekom AG is also operating a GCP instance.

    Aruba Cloud is Italy’s primary provider of cloud services, data centers, web hosting, email services, domain registration services.

    Since 2016, Aruba has been the Official Registry for the .cloud TLD.

    There are more companies under the Aruba Group umbrella, for example the certificate authority Actalis.
